I love my job! This is not a secret, I love being able to photograph newborns, but every once and a while I get to do something really special. 

That is exactly what happened when I got to spend my morning with sweet Skylar. Skylar is the daughter of my dear friend Cathy and her husband CJ. I was so excited when I found out Cathy was pregnant! We use to talk about one day when she was would have a child how I would be able to take pictures of her baby, and I am so excited to say that day came!

Skylar was and is perfection! She was such a good little newborn, I mean she didn't make a peep the entire time she was in the Wellington area studio!! She was such a little snuggle bug too. She was so much fun to spend time with, and it was so special to watch Cathy and CJ with her. I am so thankful of this opportunity to capture this special time for them. They will always have these photos as keepsakes to look back on when she first came home and made their family complete.
